Manitoba conducted its second draw in 2023. The date of the draw was January 26, 2023, in which 336 LAAs were issued in the three streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Candidates who scored 726 points under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream received 253 invitations, while 60 invitations were issued under the International Graduate Stream.
