Y-Axis Registration & Referral Process

Upon signing up into the Y-Axis system, all users including employees, external agencies with a unique 5-digit registration number and candidates are provided with a unique 12-digit registration number called the Y-Axis Registration Number (YRN).

The YRN is required to record and validate registrations signups, referrals, sales and commissions.

The YRN is useful for quick retrieval for customer service and sales follow-ups.

To be a registered on Y-Axis you will need to obtain a YRN. A YRN is issued to the following entities in the following format:

RF001	Referrer
RS001	Reseller
FR001	Franchisee
TR001	Training & Recruitment Center
TC001	CGFNS Training Center
SP001	Supplier
YHYD1-SO-00001	Candidate
