Courses to accommodate all levels 
Intensive Course - 15 sessions 
For those who are good in English but who need to get an understanding of how the IELTS / TOEFL test is conducted. 
The course will brush the candidates basics in grammar and vocabulary and prepare him or her to take a structured proficiency test.

Regular Course - 30 sessions 
For those who want to practice well for the exam. It basically has double the number of sessions than the Intensive type.
 
The Extensive course - 45 sessions 
For those who are weak or don’t use English on a daily basis. The 45-day curriculum will prepare the student to take the IELTS / TOEFL with greater confidence. 

Flexible Admissions

Methodology: The Daily Session
The daily session focuses on one of the four modules: 
Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing 
 
Before the start of every class:
30 minutes are spent on Grammar & Style
10-15 minutes on Tests and Tips for communication and 
10 –15 minutes on useful vocabulary consisting of 10 words 

Methodology: The Speaking Module
The speaking module with the use of personal recorders is meant to provide a live and immediate feedback of how the student speaks. 
The speaking test is recorded and is played back to the candidate so that the student gets a feedback on how his or her accent, intonation, syntax, grammar and fluency sounds like.
Before the speaking session begins, all students are expected to self-evaluate their speaking skills on a scale of 1-10. After the student is done speaking, the class evaluates the student. Finally the instructor provides the actual score. 
This session therefore increases class participation and makes all students, judges, with an objective to hone their faculties of speech and listening.

Methodology: 5-Day Cycle
The 5- Day cycle begins with Listening and then Reading, Writing and Speaking and followed on the fifth day by a Comprehensive Test which will basically be the review of the sessions the student completed in the last 4 days.
Day 1: Listening
Day 2: Reading
Day 3: Writing 
Day 4: Speaking
Day 5 :Comprehensive Test

Methodology: Lab Sessions
If the student wishes to practice further, they may avail the Lab facility and use the recommended Lab Test. 

Methodology: Addressing Individual Weaknesses
Though the classes are designed to be tightly structured, students may request the instructor to pay attention to any specific language weakness they want to address.

The Center has two revenue streams:

1. Training Fees from the candidate
2. Referral Fees from Y-Axis at 10% per candidate.

An estimate of  training fees charged by centers:
India: $100 per 45 days.
Dubai: $ 300 per 45 days 
Singapore: $300 per 45 days

Normal Schedule of training classes:
Morning Batch:  9 am to 12 am.
Afternoon Batch: 12 to 3 pm
Evening Batch: 3 pm to 6 pm
Night Batch: 6 pm to 9 pm

Course Manual: 
The Y-Axis course manual includes  Text Books with Review Tests; Class Session Notes, listening tapes & take home material.
