An Indian Engineer is synonymous with a professional migrant who is qualified, intelligent, IT savvy, hard-working and flexible. Opportunities abound for all types of Engineers and vary from region to region. USA’s Silicon Valley requires IT Professionals, Western Australia - Mining Engineers, Melbourne - Auto Engineers and UK requires young or specialized Engineers.

  Employment in engineering did not expand; overseas outsourcing was one of the biggest factors. However there still exists a demand for Project Managers & Engineers in the various Engineering disciplines; Geotechnical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Aerospace and Mechanical.
• UK
  UK engineering requirements are varied. With a buoyant economy, US as a close ally, with being the official host of the Olympics, and with a new vigorous migration policy – Engineers have one of the best chances of finding a job as a migrant under Highly Skilled Worker Visa. (HSW – Tier 1)
• Australia
  Australia is growing like never before and has a huge outlay for infrastructural projects. Though the IT demand may be sluggish, the demand from its manufacturing, mining, oil and gas and civil construction is very large making it the most happening destination for a mining, manufacturing, automobile, civil or mechanical engineer.
• Denmark
  Denmark Positive list contains Mechanical, Building, Civil, Electrical and Plastic engineers.
• Canada
  

  With a strong software and animation industry, the demand is in sync with the industries requirements.  There is a huge requirement for Civil Engineers too.

• Ireland
  

  Ireland has a great demand for Software Engineers and all Engineers.

  Australia is the easiest country to land a work visa. There is an acute shortage of most Engineering professionals, with employers looking to recruit and sponsor overseas candidates.
• Study
  Getting a local engineering qualification overseas is most likely to land you a job.
• Visit
  

  You could go into the country and attend job interviews if required by your potential employer.

• Migrate
  

  Canada & Australia are open for migration. UK, France & Denmark have 3 year renewable visas to attract Indian Engineers.
