Selection, Interview & Relocation Process

Steps our Consultants follow when selecting the right candidate

Step 1 - Review the full personal curriculum vitae

Step 2 - Review the cover letter and answers posted by the candidate to
               the questions in our sign up form

Step 3 - Shortlist qualified candidates

Step 4 - Personal Interview with a consultant of Y-Axis - monitor the
            candidates spoken English capability, his or her passion for the job,
            most suitable country to work in.

Step 5 - Analysis of the candidate’s strengths and capabilities 

Step 6 - Advise the candidate on the best career and immigration option

Step 7 - Shortlist candidates who satisfy the licensure and registration criterion

Step 8 - Full qualification verification

Step 9 - Police clearance check (if required)

Step 10 - Cross check 2 nursing references

Step 11 - Collect copy of certifications and photographs

Step 12 - Telephonic or video conferencing interview with the employer

Step 13 - Once selected, orient the nurse on the hospital – essentially sell
              the hospital to the candidate

Step 14 - Retention: Keep in constant touch with the nurses till they join the
              hospital

Step 15 - Assist in relocation if necessary

Step 16 - Deliver the nurse to the hospital
