1. A Basic Salary that is competitive.

2.Commissions:

The opportunity to earn an unlimited income 3% to 5% on Sales Payable after your minimum billing. Minimum billing varies with the salary you are paid. Payable after 45 days of probation. A new employee who is an average sales person takes home no less than Rs.4000 to Rs.5000 in commissions each month. Our product costs are as follows: Australia Immigration -Rs.60000, Canada Immigration Rs.40000, UK HSMP: Rs.50000, UK WHMV Rs.25000, Tourist Visa Rs.10000. These are the costs of a few of our products and services.

3. Bonus:

In addition to your salary and you have the option to earn a bonus if you perform above a certain standard. Monthly Billing of Rs.4.0 lakhs earns a bonus of Rs.4000, Rs.5.0 lakhs - Rs.5000, Rs.6.0 lakhs - Rs.6000 and so on. A monthly billing of Rs.4.0 lakh works out to a weekly billing of less than Rs.1.0 lakhs - As is apparent from our product prices, ours are all high ticket items which means you need to have two migration sales per week!

4. Annual Overseas Trips TONY (TO NEW YORK) Award:

We offer an overseas trip for sales consultants based on their annual sales: Sales are calculated from Jan to Dec each year. The Y-Axis consultant position is for those who want their evenings off for their friends & family, their public holidays off (which call centers do not grant) when the kids have no school, their weekends to themselves and a regular day job - just like it should be! Working Hours | Leave & Attendance: We work from 10am to 6:30pm.You however have an option to come in earlier and leave earlier or come in later and leave later - as per your preference based on your personal situation at home. As long as you put in 8.5 hours of work per day (inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break to be availed of in the office), you can opt for your preferred working hours. We work 6 days a week - you are given 2 Saturdays off in the month. This is either the 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th (this is not granted during your first month of employment) You are also given 2 sick days leave per month. (this is not granted during your first month of employment)After your first month with us, if you don't avail of these four days, you may accumulate it and use it at a later date if you require a few days off. If you avail of extra leave, you may compensate it on your off days.
