You currently hold a Provisional or Temporary Visa? You are looking for an Extension? Then Go for it.
If you are looking for an extension on your provisional visa to meet the requirements of a Permanent residency then you will have a chance to apply for a 487 Subclass Extension visa considering you met all the conditions on your current visa. The extension is only for 12 months from the date of your First Provisional visa expiry. Only One Extension is possible on provisional visas and no further extensions under any circumstances. You can only lodge the application while you are in Australia.

- You hold a valid visa (475/495/496/487) and are currently in Australia.
- If you need more time to meet the residence (2 years stay) and/or employment criteria (1 yr full time), requirements for a permanent visa.
- Health and Character requirements to be met.

Dependants who do not meet the Functional English requirements: Need to pay these charges: AUD 3510. This is applicable only if the amount was not paid at the time of your 1st Provisional visa.
Refund Policy
(Top)Application denial - 20% refund
No refunds in cases of:
- Fraudulent documentation
- Non-submission of required documents in 30 days after sign up
- Withdrawal of application at anytime, for any reason after sign up
40% refund in case immigration rules change and you are found ineligible to apply
